I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone who supported or assisted me this past year. With your help I have managed to gain a top 10 position within my office in just my first full year! I am very proud of this and have all of my supporting clients, friends, and family to thank. 

 

It looks like the market is picking up here in the Nanaimo area. Last year we saw more homes sold than in 2012. I predict a stronger outlook for this coming year although property values likely will remain in the same range.
